1. Data you give us

The only form on this site is the project brief. It asks for: your name, a contact of your choice (email, messenger or LinkedIn), optionally a company or project name, and a description of the task.

You decide what to write. Please do not send us passwords, payment card details, health data or other sensitive information - we do not need it and do not ask for it.

2. Data collected automatically

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds no third-party trackers, social widgets or advertising pixels. Fonts and 3D libraries are hosted on our own server, so simply visiting the site does not send your IP address to Google or any CDN.

Two items are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and never leave your device unless you submit the form: your chosen interface language, and - only if a submission fails to send - a draft of that submission so it is not lost.

Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical connection data (IP address, browser type, time of request) in server logs for security and troubleshooting.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your request, prepare a proposal and communicate about a possible or ongoing project. That is the sole purpose of the form.

Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

4. Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox through the email delivery service FormSubmit, which processes the message solely to transmit it. Our mailbox is hosted by Proton Mail.

The website is served by a hosting provider that processes technical logs as described above.

We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not share it for advertising or profiling.

5. How long we keep it

Correspondence about a project is kept for as long as the enquiry is live and up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up the conversation if you return. After that it is deleted.

You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or withdraw your consent. Write to reveal.digital@protonmail.com and we will act within 30 days.

If you are in the EU or Switzerland and believe we handled your data improperly, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

7. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the mailbox with your enquiries is protected and limited to the person handling client communication.

No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please use judgement about what you send us.

8. Children

This site offers business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
